Proofs are sent via email for approval
Orders ship via UPS or FedEx Standard Ground Shipping. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
Step 1.
All orders are completed and shipped in the order in which they are received and your due date(not your event date) .Your date should be the last possible date you would like to receive your product(s).
Step 2
Specify colors and/or include color pallete to ensure that you have a cohesive look when you execute your event decor setup. Exact wording(if any) such as the Honoree's name, catch phrases or any other headlines you'd like incorporated in the design(s).

Describe your overall vision.... Is it elegant or childlike? What design elements will be featured at the event?

*Hours of Operation & Communication All communication for your order will be email only. Once an order has been placed, all emails should include your order number if you have a need to contact us. Please do not contact us via Social Media. Monday: Closed Tuesday: 12pm - 6pm Wednesday - Friday: 10am - 6pm Saturday - Sunday & Holidays: Closed
*Proofs & Revisions... Proofs are delivered 1week before your entered due date via email for approval. Please review your emailed proof(s) sent for text and grammar errors - we cannot be held responsible for any errors once the item(s) have been approved. A max of two (2) revisions for clip art, image position, font or color adjustments are allowed, complete redesign is not considered a revision. Yaya Designed Events will not be held responsible for production/shipping delays due to delayed proof approval(s). Customer will be responsible for any expedited shipping fees due to approval delay(if applicable). If you do not respond to proof email after 2nd attempt at contact within 48 hours, Yaya Designed Events will not be liable for revision requests, nor delays in shipping.
*Refunds, Exchanges, Returns... Due to the digital and/or customization nature of our products, we do not honor refunds, returns, nor exchanges under any circumstances. We will however issue store credit if the circumstances are beyond both of our control.
*Shipping Policy... Item(s) will ship via UPS or FEDEX Standard Ground (Up to 5 day delivery depending on location) unless expedited shipping is purchased. All guarantee policies set forth by the shipping carrier will apply to your shipped order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, pandemic delays, acts of God, or weather delivery delays. Refunds will not be issued. Once package has been successfully delivered to carrier, ownership of package is transferred to the carrier to transfer to the buyer. Yaya Designed Events is not responsible for any errors with shipping carrier due to customer error in providing accurate shipping information. Please confirm ALL information is correct prior to submission of your order
*Digital File(s) Policy... For digital only orders, physical products will not be shipped. Digital files are delivered via email only! DOWNLOAD LINKS WILL EXPIRE IN 7 DAYS! As the purchaser of this product, you have the right to print this product as intended when purchased. - Files cannot be used to create derivatives for new designs, meaning designs cannot be added to or altered to complete a different design. Event branding logos may be used for intended use across multiple items integrated into designs, but the original design shall not be altered. - Under no circumstances can these files be resold, altered, resized, or shared. By having purchased any digital listings you have agreed to our Terms of Use. If terms are failed to be adhered to, the purchaser may be subject to copyright legal action and/or denial of future sales.
